In order for the colors of the sunset to look as vibrant on camera as they do in person I underexpose the shot by about 1 stop. I love putting in a foreground as a silhouette as cliche as it is!

A Baby Samantha Christmas
In December I went back east and saw my cousins new baby for the first time. Samantha was so adorable! Full of smiles and laughs and those big eyes of hers were a joy to photograph!
Mojave National Preserve, California
A few months ago I went on a mini trip to the Moajve desert and the Mojave National Preserve in San Bernardino Country in California.
The drive from LA to Mojave via Rt 15 is a great scienic route through the mountains

Joshua Trees are expected to go extinct by the end of this century. You would never know it driving through the Mojave National Preserve where the trees are plentiful and define the boundries of the desert
